Our Journey

Jurist Falcon – The Legal Associates traces its roots to a long-standing legal practice that began in 1997 in Delhi, grounded in disciplined advocacy and court-oriented practice.

In its formative years, the practice operated under the name Alam & Co., through which extensive litigation and advisory work was undertaken before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various statutory and quasi-judicial forums. This phase established a strong foundation in procedural law, courtroom practice, and client advisory across diverse legal matters.

Over time, the scope and responsibility of the practice expanded, with appearances extending to the Supreme Court of India, tribunals such as DRT and NCDRC, Consumer Forums, and regulatory authorities including RERA, across India. The increasing complexity of matters necessitated a more structured and institution-driven approach to legal services.

A significant evolution in the firm’s journey has been its engagement with mediation and alternative dispute resolution, reflecting a balanced approach between litigation and negotiated settlement. Through court-annexed mediation and structured dispute resolution processes, the firm has resolved a wide range of matrimonial, civil, and commercial matters over the years.

The Evolved Practice

Alongside professional practice, the firm has remained actively involved in legal education, professional training, and institutional participation, contributing to seminars, legal discussions, and capacity-building initiatives within the legal community.
